In a demonstration on Labor Day, protesters in support of Dr. Malachi Z. York's release created a controversial protest by dressing in inmate uniforms and sitting in a prison cell with a sign 'Freedom Not Torture.'


Recently, activists in Toronto were protesting to release Dr. Malachi Z. York (also known as Dwight York) because he is, according to a website called http://www.nuwaubianfacts.com/, being wrongfully detained and receiving cruel and unusual punishment.

On a cold, rainy day in downtown Toronto, supporters of Doctor Malachi Z. York demonstrated in front of the United States Consulate for seven hours in prison uniforms and a jail cell to emphasize their views that Dr. York must be released.

Recently, Digital Journal reported on a protest to release Doctor Malachi Z. York. The demonstration was staged at Yonge and Dundas in Toronto. Men in support of the 64-year-old scholar and Honorary Consul General wore orange prison jumpsuits, had duct tape on their lips and one activist sat in a prison cell.

Judge Openly Commits Crime

According to Nuwaubians, Judge C. Ashley Royal committed a crime by having to continue the court hearing during a federal holiday.  On January 19, 2004, Monday, Judge Ashley Charles Royal in Brunswick GA, Glynn Co. Southern District Court continued the trial  and ordered civil workers to come in to work on this National Federal Holiday. Was this a direct violation of the United States Law?

Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr., the third Monday in January.

Washington's Birthday, the third Monday in February.

What is the point of enforcing the law if the judge himself doesn't respect, uphold or follow them.  Is Judge C. Ashley Royal above the law?  And how is he getting away with breaking the law?

Jacob York confirmed the Conspiracy

Watch the video footage and it have Jacob York, Dr. Malachi Z. York's son, confirming the conspiracy to help incarcerate his very own father.  This statement also confirms that Abigail Washington, the prosecutor's lead witness for the Dr. York's case, was telling the truth in her recanted video.  OMG!  what more do you need?  Jacob York also known as Yaaqub Muhammad, according to several witnesses, conspired with many disgruntled members of the Nuwaubian community, to send his father to jail with heinous accusations.

Why does Jacob York hates his father so much that he himself lead the conspiracy to incarcerate him for over 135 years?
