The Nuwauibians’ Prayers Have Been Heard All Over The World And People Are Coming To Their Aid. Letters From Eatonton, Georgia, And The Whole Of America Floated The Office Of Rainbow/PUSH Coalition About The Continuing, Injustices Going On In Eatonton, Georgia And Right Now There Are Actions Being Taken. Rainbow/Push Coalition Regional Director Mr. Joe Beasley And Mrs. Linda Harper, The Secretary Of The Monticello NAACP Mrs. Louise Austin And Executive Board Member Of NAACP Mr. Ronald James Came To Eatonton And Met With Nuwauibian Representatives On Sunday, March 21, 1999 A.D.
They Sat Down With The Nuwauibians, Listened To Their Grievances, Presented Them With The Facts And Lies That Brought About Their Grievances, About The Harassment, Discrimination, And Abusive Litigation On The Part Of Self-Acclaimed Putnam County Attorney Francis Nearn Ford, Sheriff Howard Richard Sills And Chief Building Inspector, Jerome Dean Adams, And Their Appointed Board Of Commission, Corrupt Judges, Other County Officials, Newspapers, Television Programs In A Local Area, Who All Play A Part In An On Going Effort To Take The 476 Acres Of Land Away From The Nuwauibians And Chase Them Out Of Georgia.
But Not Before False Accusations, Slanderous Statements, And Out Right Lies To Leave The Impression That They Are Some Kind Of Suicide Cult. And When That Failed The New Approach Was Racketeers. This Has Been Going On For Over A Year Now, And No One Would Help Them.
After Investigation, Mr. Joe Beasley Found That The Nuwauibians “Reports Of Harassment And Racial Abuse Valid And With Merit”, As He Quoted In His Statement Of March 24, 1999 A.D. For Immediate Release.
The Rainbow/Push Coalition Came To The Conclusion That A Press Release Should Be Sent Out To Let People Know About The Nuwauibians’ Plight And The Injustices That Are Being Launched Against Them And How Their Civil And Equal Rights Are Being Repeatedly Violated. So On March 25, 1999 A.D. The Press Release Went Out And Was Downloaded Through The Newspaper Wire Which Was Picked Up By Dozens Of Newspapers.
In Addition To The Press Release, Sheriff Howard Richard Sills Was Faxed A Letter On March 25, 1999 A.D. From Rainbow/Push Coalition Putting Him On Notice About An Investigation Into The Nuwauibians’ Complaints And Requested A Meeting To Come Up With “An Equitable Resolution.”
Mr. Joe Beasley Also Requested That Along With Sheriff Howard Richard Sills, County Attorney Dorothy Jean Adams, NOT Her Husband, Business Partner And Impersonator Of County Attorney Francis Nearn Ford, Who Was Not Invited In Light Of The Fact That This Does Not Legally Concern Him, Chief Building Inspector Mr. Jerome Dean Adams Sr.And Chairperson Of Putnam County Board Of Commissioners Ralph Perdomo, All Be Present For This Meeting So They Can All Sit At The Roundtable To Settle All Of This And Bring It To A Peaceful Conclusion.
This Is Also What Nuwauibian Attorney Roy Miller Wanted, To Bring An Out Of Court Peaceful End To What’s Going On, As He Stated On Channel 13, WMAZ Public T.V., March 9, 1999 A.D. And We Quote:
Reporter Jim Ragonese: Miller Thinks The Two Sides Can Easily Reach An Agreement. Roy Miller — And Sometime Where You Have A Lot Of Emotions, Reason…You Just Don’t Get Reason. Um, But I Would Like To See Mediation.
However, Self-Acclaimed County Attorney Francis Nearn Ford Did Not Want To Solve The Problem, Which Is Evident By The Statement …
Made On March 9, 1999 A.D. Channel 13 WMAZ News Broadcast, And We Quote: Reporter Mr. Jim Ragonese Stated “The Sheriff’s Attorney Says It Would Be Great If The Sheriff And The Nuwauibians Here Could Just Reach A Real Quick Agreement, But He Says IT’S PROBABLY NOT POSSIBLE ANYMORE Because The Sheriff Has To Enforce The Law And He Says This Pamphlet Here Helps Show Why For The Sake Of The Law And The Nuwauibians And Your Safety That, That Building Needs To Stay Closed. That Booklet Advertises The Nuwauibian Building As A Social Club Including A Restaurant And A Bar.”
Yet, What They Don’t Tell You Is That They Held Up A Pamphlet, Describing Last Year’s Gathering On Nuwauibian Property And Made It Look As If It Was An Advertisement, When In Actuality All It Did Was Reiterate A Previous Pow Wow Family Gathering And Showed Previous Activities And Locations On The Land, Which Included Beautiful Rameses II Social Club, Before It Was Closed. Then The Master Deception Takes Place In The Last Word, Where They Maliciously Leave The Impression That There Was A BAR, That Sold Alcohol Illegally, When In Fact The Court Dates Of April 8, 16, & 20, 1998 A.D., Putnam County Vs. Victor Greig, Rameses Social Club (Citation #0136), Had Proven Beyond A Shadow Of Doubt, That No Alcohol Was Being Sold, And That The Bar Adjacent To A Coat Room Was A Sitting Area Against A Wall Where There Was No Means Possible For A Bar Tender To Stand Behind It To Serve Alcohol And It Had No Advertisements, No Racks Or Stands, Upon Which Alcohol Bottles Or Glasses Could Rest, Simply A One Foot Counter With Three Seats In Front Of It, Where People Could Sit And Wait For Their Coats.
But These People With Their Harassment And Malicious Intent Want To Use Words Of Deception, And This Is Why It Was Necessary For The Nuwauibians To Plead For The Help Of A More Sophisticated Organization Than Theirs And Thank God Their Prayers Were Heard Because These People Have No Intentions Of Trying To Solve This Problem (Flyer #8 Rameses Social Club Illegally Closed?, Flyer #16 First You Say Their Good, Then You Say Their Bad; Isn’t That A Contradiction?).
It’s Been Over A Year For What Started Off As A Mistake On The Sheriff’s Part For Looking At Television, Fox 5 News Station, With Mr. Doug Richards On March 3, 1998 A.D. To Be Exact, As He Claimed And Rushing Out To Their Property In Hopes To Find A Juke Joint/Night Club, Selling Alcohol, Which Would Have Been In His Capacity. But Embarrassment And Racism Led Him To Fabricate And Pursue Positions Of Bogus Authority, And A Second Salary As The “Notice” Said In The Legal Advertisement Section Of The Eatonton Messenger, Dated March 25, 1999 A.D. Stating The Putnam County Code Enforcement Officer Got Paid. It Is An Entry Level Job Which Pays $7.04 Per Hour. Sheriff Sills Used This Position To Launch A Year Long Program Of Scare Tactics, Bogus Investigations, Harassment And Repeated Violations Of The Law. So You Can See That They Are Not Looking For A Solution.
They Have Created These Problems Instead Of Looking For A Solution From The Beginning. And In Response To The Rainbow/Push Coalition Request, Sheriff Howard Richard Sills Quickly Replied. In His Letter, Sheriff Sills Tries To Pretend Like He Doesn’t Have Anything To Do With The March 30th Court Case Dealing With The Nuwauibians, And I Quote: “I Am Not A Party To The Court Case That Is Scheduled March 30th.” And Sheriff Sills Literally Mentions The Hot Word, RESOLUTION, Stating “The Resolution Of Any Case That Has Been Brought By Me In My Official Capacity Will Only Be Determined By And In A Court Of Law.”
You See, His Attorney Has Already Informed Him Of The Laws That He Has Violated Under Resolution And Yes, He Was And Is Directly Involved In The Case On The 30th, Because It Was He Himself Who Requested Permission To Fly Over, Surveil And Illegally Take Pictures Of The Land Of The Nuwauibians In Hopes To Find Illegal Activity, Which He Didn’t So He Created His Own.
The Nuwauibians Brought In Officials From Applied Earth Science, Inc. And Had The Soil Tested, And The Adjacent Lakes To Find Out And To Be Able To Provide For The Court The Truth, The Answer Is: There Is No Environmental Threat On The Nuwauibians’ Land And These Papers Will Be Submitted In The Court Of Law. So He Is Directly Involved In The Case And Should Be Brought To The Stand For Questioning As Well As The Revealing Of The Facts And The Proof That All Of His Allegations Are True Beyond A Shadow Of A Doubt Or Removal From Office Is In Place.
And This RESOLUTION In Question Is The 2 Minute Meeting Held Last Year March 6, 1998 A.D. Making Sheriff Howard Richard Sills The Putnam County Code Enforcer. Yes, In A Matter Of 2 Minutes The Board Of Commissioners Signed A Resolution Making Him The Putnam County Code Enforcer. Then In The March 12, 1998 A.D. Edition Of The Eatonton Messenger Sheriff Howard Richard Sills Admitted Not Knowing Anything About Buildings Being Within The County Guidelines. But Wait Just One Minute, In The March 25, 1999 A.D., The Eatonton Messenger In The Legal Advertisement Section “Is Seeking A Qualified Individual For The Position Of Code Enforcement Officer.”
